I do tend to use them when Im not eating a lot of protein, not sure how much benefit they give but they taste great and also it allows me to drink a loit of water.

I was tired of drinking water day in day out. With Bcaas [especially Xtend and Atomic7] it tastes great and Im drinking more. No bloating.
Reduced the whey shakes to only 1 pwo and put them in my waterbottle. Up to 1 gallon on training days = 30 grams Bcaas.
