im watching ben pakulski in a video and this is how and his training partner looks.
first off, his trainingpartners chest is the most standing out muscle group, kinda like a woman who is just big tits, do you think this is a good look? why would you as a man want a big chest?
second on pakulski himself, the shirt around the belly area is standing out, now i dont expect him to have a fat belly so why is this? IMO the belly part of your body should never stand out wearing a t-shirt like that.
