I'm going back to the gym after 6month off do to injury, is this good for my first 8 weeks?

Test-240mg weekly

Dbol-30mg weekly

If that's Carlito's way, then call me Scarface....

How about  you start training consistently again and get back up to your former strength levels and THEN you can turn back to the "Dark Side"?

AAS are not a quick fix...

240mg/wk?  way to low bro, that will only shut u down and will produce VERY little gains. use at least 500mg/wk and at least 12 wks. i would use 50mg ed for the first 4 wks only.

i dont understand why people reccomend so much dbol, newbies or someone just getting back into training do not need 50mg ed, start off with 25-30 mg ed.

If you did not traned for last 6 months than it is a waste to go on cycle right now. You will get size naturally easily if you set up a good diet, training and rest.
Because of that it will be a waste to run AS's cycle right now. After some time you can go on cycle and put on some more qulity mass.
And you planing to run low dosages of Test. Run at least 500mg/week.

He is right get back in the gym and train and eat and rest...your muscle wile respond very well...then when you hit a platue.....bring in the the arsenal to take you to the next level. and not soo much dbol....you will rock your live 25mg ed is good. ;)
