In his encyclopedia he wrote that he uses lecithin granules in his shakes. What are they?

they're derived from soy bean oil, high in choline which is supposed to be good for you.

Arnold also stated that he would always put a shot of whiskey in his protein shakes and his off season post-workout meal was a pint of beer and a whole chicken. He recommended lecithin also and the D-Bol was taken with every meal!

Keep in mind, the D-bol they had back then was made by CIBA. The stuff they make today is nothing compared to that stuff (supposedly).

I doesn't say what it does exactly... maybe i am just slow.. spell it out for me. what is it used for? what benefits does it provide?
