Post Holiday "Pictor", New Phase Starts

Out on half a stone since just before my holiday.

From Monday new phase begins, looking to carry on with subtle weight gain and get bigger up until mid November (no bulk as such) just no calorie/carb restrictions, then start cleaning up mid November as I plan to be away in Mexico mid Jan. Weighing 95kg right now.

You're very safe looking the way you, I look ok relaxed, I hit a pose everything disappears, arms too long, not enough thickness all over. I have a good chest, shoulder to waist ratio and I am quite tall it gives an illusion more than anything.

He is the most impressive bodybuilder I have seen in person. I met him in 2007 when he was at his prime.
