His gimmick is unfunny and beyond spent. Think of it this way - why did he wait until August 6th to reveal he was "hurt"? A seasoned trainer like himself would have been in reasonable shape a month out, and/or would have known if he couldn't make it in time. There's no logical reason as to why he would wait.
Both guys behind the account put canola oil on each end of a broomstick, slide it up their buts, then do alternate squats and say "look at the see saw" in high pitched lispy voices.
