Stretching good for PIP?
« on: August 31, 2014, 07:18:04 PM »
I'm currently extremely sore from my test prop injection and wondering if I do a couple of stretches will help make the soreness go away quicker?

I use a lacrosse ball on my glute when the PIP is bad and it does help. It is terribly painful if you wait until the PIP is full power. I start to use the lacrosse ball from the morning of the pin.

I only use short esters when I'm dieting, which is perfect because I'll take my shot(s) in the quads then get on my stepper and do fasted cardio. I feel like the fact that I use the muscles I just pinned "massages" the oil a bit and I rarely get PIP anymore.
