Yes Flex is better overall on a lb for lb basis.
Everything matches better on Flex and he has ultra crisp muscularity.
Phil Heath is incredible, but his arms overpower his chest and he needs to be wider in a front lat.

fuck I bet phil could make the 212 class if he wanted too. Phil looks great at 225 lbs so whats another 10 pounds? I mean he looks like he could win the whole Mr.O at 225lbs. He was small last year. He is kind of like dexter jackson both guys could go either way. If dexter wanted to he could make 212 pounds and clean up that division. I've seen both Phil and dexter at 225 lbs ripped and both looked like mr.Olympia quality. Flex couldn"t compete against those guys. Flex is a great bodybuilder but not quite as genetically gifted as a Phil Heath or dexter jackson. hell david henry is better then flex lewis. I don't think flex has ever really beat david henry. They gave it to flex for whatever agendas the IFBB has. maybe flex is just more marketable then david henry or kevin english who is also probably better.
