are you asking based on preference or based on judges and their criteria. If it is based on judges and criteria then the bloofy look is rewarded if and only if it is accompanied with conditioning, separation, striation and symmetry which it is in Heath's case and he is as compact as they get. He wins by a long shot.

Lewis brought his back up loads but if he thought there was even a 1/1000 chance he could win NY pro he would move to open. I saw him in 2004 and he has improved amazingly but he is still shorter than a short Mr O and nowhere near back development, conditioning, arms etc of Phil. Legs are freaky as fuck though.

fuck I bet phil could make the 212 class if he wanted too. Phil looks great at 225 lbs so whats another 10 pounds? I mean he looks like he could win the whole Mr.O at 225lbs. He was small last year. He is kind of like dexter jackson both guys could go either way. If dexter wanted to he could make 212 pounds and clean up that division. I've seen both Phil and dexter at 225 lbs ripped and both looked like mr.Olympia quality. Flex couldn"t compete against those guys. Flex is a great bodybuilder but not quite as genetically gifted as a Phil Heath or dexter jackson. hell david henry is better then flex lewis. I don't think flex has ever really beat david henry. They gave it to flex for whatever agendas the IFBB has. maybe flex is just more marketable then david henry or kevin english who is also probably better.
