Lifting on a empty stomach vs full stomach
« on: September 02, 2014, 11:52:25 AM »
After lifting for a long time in the late afternoon on a full stomach and lifting in the morning on a empty stomach this is what I noticed, when you lift on a full stomach you tend to be a less sore the next day and when you workout in the morning you tend to burn more fat so pick your poison.

You are too fat and should eat less and probably start "working out" too.

Instead of talking shit you should be asking me for advice and consider yourself lucky to have a person with my knowledge and expertise around.

Is that the sound of the Olympia Weekend pics fading away? Just like the August 6 pics? What's the next date for the big "reveal?" Christmas?

No what I am trying to say is people who see me at the olympia will appreciate it more than a picture.

IMO, working out on a full stomach is asking the body to serve two masters, digestion and exercise, simultaneously.

He would, but he can't find any pics of bodybuilders on his drive that don't have hits in Google's image search. And he sure as fuck isn't going to post a pic of what he REALLY looks like (hint: no muscle at all).

There will never, ever be a pic of the trainer, posted by the trainer. Ever. Anything he posts will be somebody else.

Ro, offer him a customized picture of you, holding a sign that says "the trainer" for $100. He'll take it for sure.

Best time to workout, run on empty then load up post workout aminowise. Training first thing in the morning gives you a great routine and start to the day.

Well guys I have decided to have the best of both worlds so I will be training in the morning on a empty stomach but I brought some bcaas and c4 at gnc today, I will take two scoops of the c4 and 10 grams of the bcaas before workout, that way I can still burn fat and not feel sore the next day.

bluto are you a shut in? like do you have a physical impariment that prohibits you from leaving the house?

you've prolly amassed 100000's of posts with several uninspiring, boring, idiotic gimmicks.

how lonely does someone have to be to do that?

x3. Smash a quick coffee before driving to the gym. Feel less tired than after eating.
