Jim has been bodybuilding since he was 11 years old. 10 Years ago he started taking testosterone and he admits this openly. He was lacking energy so he tried testosterone and it helped him. He eats a clean diet with a lot of water and no supplements. He works out 3 times a week. I hope I make it to be a 82 year old "fool" who looks and acts as good as Jim.

Jim has not only great arm and shoulder development for his age, but for ANY age. Wonder what he looked like as a younger man. Must have been in SICK shape in his prime.

I'm also impressed that his mind is also very quick. He'll live past 100. That's my prediction.

It's connected (the mind and body). You can't look like that at his age if your mind is not fast and sharp. Otherwise he'd look like all these other old guys who feel, speak and THINK old.
