Ok guys I have designed the most anabolic diet on the planet for the olympia I will be eating this for the next two weeks, so I can look like a muscle god walking around the expo.
Meal 1
Wild Oats mixed with organic whole milk, chia seeds, cinnamon,nutmeg, and raw dark chocolate powder.
Meal 2
Wild Salmon with organic quinoa spinach and brocoli.
Meal 3
Herring with brown rice spinach and brocoli.
Meal 4.
Steak, 4 whole eggs with with cabbage, celery, spinach and brocoli.
Designed??? That diet is stupid.....you're going to eat a fucking steak along with 4 whole eggs at night??? And you're going to start off your day with a meal with mostly carbs and very little protein?
If you're planning to come to the Olympia looking like Liberace, that's perfect....if not
Here's a proper diet
Meal 1: 5 egg white w/ 1 whole egg , 1 cup steel cut oatmeal, bottled water and black coffee w/ multivitamin, Gloucosimine, Vitamin C, Antioxidants, and fat burner/clen
Meal 2: I can of water packed tuna or unsalted mixed nuts
Meal 3 - Turkey Chili w/ brown rice and a cup of broccoli, fat burner/clen
Meal 4 (Pre-Workout) - 8 oz Sirloin Tips and a salad - B-12 shot and BCAA (add about 150 grams of dextrose if you're using slin)
Meal 5: (Post Workout) - Assorted Fruit Tray ( more slin if using)
Meal 6: 8 oz Sirlion Tips and Large Salad
Meal 7: 40 gram Casein Shake or 8 egg whites
And don't forget the steroids...that's what makes it anabolic you jackass.
