guys like us who train hard everyday can get away with eating stuff like that 1 day a week,unless u have a show in 6 to 8 weeks then no. but other than that why not?its not gonna hurt u n it will help u actually,it kicks up the old metabolism again and gets it firing like a furnace after a cheat meal

You need to find good General Tsao, though. Lots of restaurants make shit versions. Good GT is hard to find consistently. There's a Szechuan place near my work that constantly packed with Chinese and Indian guys. The food is incredible. They have a "spicey dried fried chicken" that is out of this world.

I also don't like sushi much. Bit overrated , for me. Crisp duck, hoisin sauce , spring onion and pancakes - heaven.
