The pictures are deceiving, Groink out masses Simon massively in real life even if he was in competition shape (which is not important for him)

I have seen it a million times when comparing photos to real life.

If you look at Rob Ritche's for example in photos he looks huge because of his condition.
But if you see him in real life (he used to train in my gym was a PT and did bit of mma) he is a quite the midget.
5ft 10, about 180lb but looks way bigger, its an illusion.

To illustrate the point compare this photo of him with video.

All I am saying is that all these picture comparison shots are 100% nonsense and deceiving because they can't possibly be to scale or reflect someones true size in real life.
The only comparison that's relevant is two guys standing up next to each other in real life.
And in that comparison like for like Simon would be dwarfed by Groink, despite the fact he still has an excellent physique nonetheless, just not as big as Groink who has exceptional genetics.

Let's not kid ourselves Simon, your physique has improved quite a bit in the last 6 months (and yes I do take notes on it) and I commend you for it.
The reason IS as you very well know, the FACT that you started taking GH recently, which I actually advised you to do along time ago.

You denied this to me here previously many times and if I was to give you the benefit of the doubt back then there is absolutely no question in my mind that you are on GH now.
You posted a picture of some GH brand on the steroid board a few months back asking questions and I can read between the lines of these regular Egypt trips my good friend. Some of us are not that stupid.

So you took my advice and saw the benefits, if you listened more to me about other matters you would improve just as much as a person.

But again just to be clear like for like, same compounds, doses etc, Groink would blow you out the water with his genetics (which he more or less does anyway without those aids in real life comparison) without even trying while you bust ass daily and diet hard.

I have told you many times before you are too light at 200lb, you need to add at least another 20lb of muscle to start really looking impressive my friend and being on Groink level, maybe more like 30lb etc.

Try listening for once to what is in your best interest. We are all trying to help you become better as a person and improve your physique.
Your ego doesn't do you any favors and this is just the truth of it that everyone can see.
