Again, you are showing your lack of knowledge because Gucci has different price points, none that you could afford of course.  For instance, the 1921 Collection that Gucci released, you are looking at 30,000-60,000 per item and these are not even their top offerings.

Besides, the Tom Ford era of Gucci is considered the highest class in decades.  They were definitely the best years of any fashion house and stand apart, even from Louis Vuitton of today.

All brands with in house fashion designers have different price points, depending on materials, design process, and how many artists and artisans are attached to the project, not to mention advertising costs and endorsements that need to be covered.  Even if you were to go to a bespoke independent, he would have different price points based on his offerings and levels of craftsmanship. 

I don`t get suckered into anything because high price does not always equate to highest quality.  I can get a 200 year old Russian leather reindeer skinned wallet by The Great English Outdoors for 175 dollars with better quality than any 10,000 dollar Hermes wallet. 

I know materials and I know craftsmanship.  You do not.

Another concept you don`t understand about quality is that the better you buy, the less you will have to purchase in the long run.  Most Europeans for instance grasp this concept, or used to anyways, and would own maybe 1-3 high quality suits and shoes and would be set for 10 plus years, only changing accessories and the like and rotating quality made shirts.

You probably just wipe your ass with your T-Shirt than wear it to dinner, throw it away and go buy another.
