I have never dated a fitness competitor but I have dated fitness girls that work out almost everyday and watch their food intake. A few of them smoked like a chimney to keep their appetites in check. It gets to be too much after a while. A woman on low carbs is a recipe for disaster. The mood swings are tiring. These days I am married to a girl that exercises 3 times a week, and eats in balance. For all you meatheads out there, date an intelligent girl that makes good money and has good genetics so she won't balloon like a pig. Have her workout moderately, eat moderately (make sure the protein intake is there) and you will be fine.
