Stephen A Smith says that Danny Ferry is not a racist

Just watched it on ESPN. Stephen said that he went HAM and contacted every person that he knows that has had any sort of relationship with Danny. They all said that he is not racist. We are talking about black guys that had Danny in their weddings. Guys that Danny is close to. I believe that Stephen even contacted Lebron James.

Stephen A Smith said that based on the number of black people that are convinced that Danny in not a racist; that he will accept it as fact too.

He's not, he made a comment that as a business man, was true. There are more white people in the country, so why not try to cater to them if you have lagging ticket and food sales. Not everything is sexist/racist. That said, this dude is self reporting to be able to force himself to sell, so he can get a huge payday because of the skyrocketing value of his team.

I think these fellas are confused. The email was to Danny ferry, he didn't make the comments. The owner made the comments.

I don't understand what the problem is. I am sure these people sign something that state they will not discuss such matters (race). Similarly how teachers sign an agreement that they will not engage in "immoral" behavior (which is why teachers get fired when they do porn or something). These are private organizations. Aren't they in their right to do what they want? Please correct me if I am wrong.

During a conference call, Danny read some quotes about a player (somebody else's words). Now Danny is getting blamed, as if he was the one that originally made the statements .

Africans are great long distance runners, which would translate well to running up and down the court  ???
