I volunteer through a charity a company I used to work for in the city used to sponsor, I won't say the name, but the main purpose is that it helps under pribiliged and hard done kids young teens....my job is mentoring, spending time with them in activities and days out and talking to them, it's crazy how ambitious and good hearted some kids are but just lost in this society with no guidance, seeing their eyes open up as I explain then world to them and what lies ahead. it's hard to explain what I do but I've seen some startling difference in some kids where I put the whole life circle into perspective for them why school is important explain the long term damage of fucking up and see them grasp that life is good and filled with opportunities well worth working hard for.
