I went to Bodyworks back in Jan before going to watch Spurs V Palace, the one where Puncheon missed the penalty to rival Waddles.
Im no Spurs fan but believe it or not won the tickets so thought yeh ill go.

Nuffield in Norbury is my everyday gym.

Sometimes Muscle FX in Croydon and Stones in Thornton Heath.
Also trained at Metroflex in Sydenham and MuscleWorks in Bethnal Green.

I train at my work's gym during the week and at Pyramid Fitness in Hereford (Probably one of the best equipped gyms i've been to) on the weekend.

Not been in to dorian's gym in the evening, your probably right.
Its worth a look though.

I'll ask a few of the lads i know over wolverhampton / brum if other good gyms around.

Where are you based mate? Monster is 5 mins from my house but I train over at Krunch in Waltham Abbey.
