i remeber fux was doing a arnold classic in 90,s,cant remember which one tho, and arnold was commentating and said something to the effect of(thats why bodybuilding is turning in the wrong direction cause of stomachs like his)i was like you r right arnie. i was just suprised arnold said something like that considering it was his show

that was the era that insulin use became popular. Dorian, Nasser, and Vince Taylor had similar gains around that time. not quite as huge, but pretty unreal as well.

i'm starting to think insulin is a more powerful drug than HGH

he's alive and well (although sometimes kinda moody. lol) working as a personal trainer.

does contest prep here and there.

he's not skinny like some say (the pic posted was at a bad angle). I'd guess about 240lbs. his forearms are thin, but that's a genetic thing... and he walks kinda labored (not from breathing/health, but with a limp(s) in his legs).

JP Fux in '96 at the Arnold was like "Big Ramy v1.0".... or maybe "Paul Dillett v2.0", lol.
