2014 Olympia - Did Phil Heath's new ventures take a toll on his Olympia prep?

 He just started a new supplement company and he is doing a lot of traveling during his olympia prep, and you are taking about different time zones trying to sleep at different times, training in strange gyms, stuck in the airport and missing meals etc, while his competitors are locked away in the gym doing nothing but eating sleeping and training.

 Now the question is did all of this take a toll on his body and did it affect his olympia prep.

I met Phil (again) in NYC at Eva's during his Olympia prep (let's say during 16 weeks prior . Sometime in there ).


In person he's in another world physique wise

I met Ronny slightly outta prime

Heath shits on him

Met Kai I didn't look at him I couldn't he's awful he looks so bad

Phil is a physique god man.

Airports? Travel? Doesn't effect ppl like Phil

U need to take ur head out of the glory hole trainer and see it for what it is... Phil is 2nd best of ALL time

He's a legend
