True, but if the west had not taken out Saddam Hussein, and armed ISIS in Syria, this crisis would never have occurred.  True, why should we help these savages..  let them wallow in their own degraded filth, but the west played a big hand in creating this filthy horror.

There isn't one Arab nation that will commit Troops to this. Obama wants to flood Syria with arms hoping Syrians friendly to the US will fight Isis. What could go wrong there? I'm sure the arms won't end up in Isis hands. Every time we give away weapons to that region it always ends badly but  not publicized. Bombing missions  when they already have control of Iraq's second biggest city is useless. Who do you kill with these bombs and missiles? The Iraq citizens you claim you want to protect?  There are 30K of them and their legends are growing as the sentiment is if you can't beat them join them.  Aussies where men are still men don't realize that they will be slaughtered with their small numbers. They think they can trust the people they are going to protect will be giving away their positions and intentions.

After the US and a real coalition of countries destroyed Iraq's army, blew up their roads and bridges, and got Saddam should have picked up and left.  Instead we tried to police the country and rebuild what we destroyed.

Agreed. His ideologies and desire for "the fundamental transformation of America" were bad enough - redistribution of wealth, social justice, obsessions with "income inequality" and race, etc.
