That's right after nearly 20 years Lou Ferrigno is back on the cover of this month's Flex mag.


Smart move to rest Arnold for few months...

A bodybuilding cover 100 % midget free for once,

And if this cover does not sell.... I don't know Which one could.

Not photoshoped dude, Is the angle I took the pic with phone, that makes it look like that...... but if you are under 5'11"  that's how big lou  used to look like when you stand in from of him look up to his eyes anyways.

Being a mag I'm sure it is photoshopped in some way.

I'm over 6ft tall, I have heard that he was a giant from owner of World Gym in Dublin before it shut down. Said Lou was biggest person he ever saw, his hands exceeded the size of the bars on the (one) stationary bike they had in gym.

I take pride in the fact that my hands are the same size as a gorilla's. Only a silverback has larger hands if I remember the scale model in the zoo correctly.

Holy shit..

This pic says it all. I forgot how big he was , I watched '77 strongest man the other day and he dwarfed most the other competitors.
