I mentioned this in the thread you started about how kais face isn't holding as much water.Like i said in the other thread when kai was coming up in the national scene his face was never as puffy and holding that much water. I personally think he has some kidney issues nobody knows about or the levels are close to being unhealthy or it might be he stays on anadrol or dbol up to the contest. Dexters face will even look way drier once he starts using the dyazide.

If you saw dexter aat the arnold his face was so caved looking. He was also super tired and his eyes just looked like he was really over-trained and just drained from the diuretics. maybe he didn't use heavy diuretics at the arnold but he def had a caved face look that is seldom seen these days and he was crazy shape as always just nutty conditioning he remided me of a 81 danny padilla where danny should of won that Mr. O but he actually got penalized and the judges thought he looked unhealthy and over-trained and dieted to hard. I thought that was the whole point so why they marked danny padilla down for that is bullshit. dexter had the exact same look.

yep has the barry bonds head growth look but way worse then bonds got it. gary sheffield had one of the worst cases of hskull growth due to HGH but sheffield and bonds were getting human grade HGh from victor conte not directly but it was given to there strength and conditioning coaches.

That's the magic of a few days of DNp and a few days of dyazide. Victor will be pissing every 20-30 minutes and will have diarhea. that's the price you pay when you rely on drugs and don;t take the training and dieting seriously. maybe he didn't get high quality HGH or got bunk HGH. something he was using was bunk.

Judging from their faces, Dex looks like the only one who takes his diet seriously. Not to mention the GH / Insulin heads and puffy faces on some of these guys.

I fear guys like Dex and Troy Alves just get too small when they suck down to such low levels of bf% and water. Troy was so ripped his cheeks had striations either last year or the year before, can't remember. He didn't even place in the top 10! I hope they place Dex in the top 4 this time, if his face is any indication, he's definitely ripped to the bone, I just hope the judges decide to reward that instead of marking him down for lack of size.

True. The opposite was Tommi Thorwildsen who had a puffy face but ripped glutes,hams and back. Lean face Can be an indication but it depends on the person...
