There aren't any earth shattering advancements coming down the pipeline anytime soon.  There is promising work coming out of Japan but it will be years before a practical application of the research comes to market. Hair replication technologies have either failed or produced less than stellar results.   There is topical pg2 inhibitor in the earliest stage of development that theoretically has some potential.  It could also be another minoxidil.

I really don't think a hairline is that paramount for guys who put a lot into their physiques...look at my hairline here, its higher than mount Kilimanjaro...but walking into a girl by a pool, the last thing she looks at is my hair.

I think that you are over-rotating on hairlines because that's your thing. I can see if you are a dude where the hairline is around the back of your neck, but obsessing about 1/2" of extra forehead seems excessive.

If your face looks like a slapped trout, no hairline will save the day...if you have a pleasant face and a good body, the hairline is a cherry on the cake...there's a reason it's on top.
