It has been decided the moment he launched his suplement line (and talked shit about Muscletech ::)) and weeks after sponsored the Olympia.
He wouldn't do a move like that in the middle of his prep if he wasn't absolute sure he owns the judges.

Both Phil and kai has flaws outside of stage. Kai and fruit, answers simple questions with anecdotes and speech. Phil a whiny bitch. Showing class on live but a kid on social media.
And his behaviour last year on stage showed how weak mentally he is.

I wanna see Phil lose and see his reaction, that would be entertaining. :D
But probably won't happen unless he comes off yeah.
