I have a feeling kai has brought it this year, Phil is looking extra small this year in clothes anyway
He may have a real fight this year
Also Shawn looks huge...

It will be an interesting show is all I can say.  I hope they give the best bber the sandow this year

He looks smaller than I've seen him at other Mr o's
Also Shawn is looking Damn big he has a superior physique to both Heath and kai

In fact I was right on stage with him at a show 2 feet away and looked off from the previous time, like remember how Colemans triceps ended up like after a while, sort of reminded me of this.

bro lets not mix 2 things up here, opinion and judging based on Olympia Criteria. In one hand we both agree Shawn and Dex all the way hands down.

Now based on Judging criteria Kai has a prodruding gut, mismatched proportions in terms of bone structure, example weird torso, and is not as lean or hard as Phil is.

As for that show, I still do not like Kai flow so no I still do not think he won and niether did the judges.
