impressive physical ability here - these routines woudl KILL the men if they tried it. Maybe i'm getting old, but these routines aren't too bad. The fact they're dieted down and can still bring this kind of gynmastics while looking relaxed for 5000 people... it's way more impressive that what the men do. They grimace in pain from most muscular poses while limping around.

That's what's unfortunate about judging them on their looks AND athletic ability. Usually you only train for one or the other(even though they are occasionally linked.). Like,you said, if you're dieting etc you will be severely depleted and will NOT be able to give your best routine.

It's not my thing. Give me 13 yr old Russian girls jacked up on test and poppers doing double backflips on the floor routine.
