1. Spacing.    Phil is a foot close to Kai than he should have been

2.  Middle finger... did Phil give the hand signal for "FCCCK YOU!" to kai in front of the world?   That's some johnny manziel shit, if so.  Not the best way to represent the sport.  Does anyone have video of it, particularly right AFTER Phil steps all the way to Kai, and Kai squares up?
