Kai asserted himself and was way bigger.  At the end, they coudln't run Phil off the stage fast enough.  Kai looked better.  Kai is going to sleep great tonight.  Phil is going to be up all night, knowing damn well, he might win the trophy tomorrow, but Kai might just smack him in the face tomorrow too.

i'm taken aback by tonight. can't remember an O where the pre judging threw all my preconceptions into the trash and made me re evaluate everything

and i don't carry around confirmation bias. i genuinely believe phil was something he appears tonight to not be (a perennial winner; a legacy).

he's not that. he wasn't leaps and bounds above. actually... in the final pose off.. he wasn't even 2nd. but i have him taking 2nd. i think kai did something in prep quite genius. and phil strayed / got cocky / didn't have the healthy respect and healthy fear of kai that he should have.

Kai's been fcking homeless before.  He's a man.  yes, he fucked a fruit to keep a roof over his head, but he's faced real life.

Phil went from college dorm to supplement contract.  I'm jus tguessing - But I would guess he's always had an easy life, when it comes to safety/security.  I'd bet Kai's been in plenty of fights in his day.  Phil?  No, aside from flexing his biceps to puff up on the ball court, I highly doubt Phil has ever taken a punch of been scared like that.   kai's been homeless in NYC and turned it around.  That builds something in a man.

FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND YOU CAN MOVE UP.  I THOUGHT INDIVIDUALLY PHIL WAS AHEAD BUT AFTER FINAL COMPARISONS I HAVE KAI OUT FRONT OR NO LESS THAN EVEN.  I'M GUESSING THE JUDGES HAVE KAI IN 2ND.
