dex looks pretty sharp,victor looks ok but not his best,rami looks to b holding alittle water, phil looks great as does kia,from front phil seems to have edge but from back kia is beating him imo

They made the pose in a weird fashion to pronounce muscles other than the abdominals (which are horrible on both), probably hoping to deflect the attention of their bloated stomachs. Wolf and Rhoden crushed Kai/Phil in this pose.

Yes of course.
You have to knock out the champ, no one is any better than he is, TBH the overall conditioning of the athletes is poor for an Olympia, then again it has for the last few years.

Nothing stood out so far. ...this is a mediocre year at best.

I don't think Phil deserves to win this year. He looks off and his midsection is going to shit as I have been saying for months. If he does get a 'gift' I don't expect his title reign to continue next year.
