Why does Phil not have to stand behind the line like the rest of the competitor?

The judges should be ashamed.  Phil is going to cheat every chance he can get, we understand that.  But come on judges... these small items tend to stack up... you let Phil choose his spot in the prejudging, you let him move a foot closer.  He starts shit with Kai so Kai will get moved away from him.

It's lame, and it make the judges look worse than Phil.  he doesn't need to cheat to win.
