This is on Phil.  No one can blame Kai.  He got issues with another man's space, crossed into Kai's posing space and play it off as Kai being the problem and aggressor.  I think an upset gets Phil off of his ego cloud.  I'd love to see Kai win but it isn't happening.    

They gave one to Dexter, so I see no issue with Kai.
