kai destroyed phil tonight.

i was very, very wrong re: predictions especially with my phil heath legacy  talk. i was simply wrong. i underestimated kai. very much.

i also don't believe phil has a healthy respect for kai and that is not good in these last hours where the body is so sensitive and in a way it IS a mental game now

you can't stray from the plan

and kai came in with a better plan today. far better.

based on that. i presume he executes better tomorrow as well. i think kai is going to win this.

If rami dried up some how he is threat for top 3 but for that he need to change his prep coach.Dennis james never get it right on show day for himself even and i mean each and every one of his shows.Bad track record when it comes down to show day.

u know what they say tho,u got to knock the champ out hard and did kia bring in that type of package that will influence the judges dramatically or no?to be honest I like alittle bit of uncertainty cause who wants to hear the old(phils got it again) without no major threats? I like it when it gets down to the wire and no ones sure whos gonna take home the title

in both videos you have phil sliding into kia's posing space.  at first i thought it was kai, but can you penalize him for phi's misdoing?

All these guys just look soft and bloated. What's going on? Ronnie and Yates with their dense hard muscle would make these guys look like crap. Look at the Olympia's from the 70's and 80's. Hard dense muscle. These muscles just look soft in the line up.

Wolf looks good and in condition but he's small & flat , you're right these guys for the most part look smooth and soft
