Speaking of frames, it is Phil who has too much muscle for his small frame.
Everyone involved in bodybuilding says that since his first pro show. He got too much advances in his career. But from then onward Phils head and waist had also grown, while the rest of his body stays the same size, plus he didn't nail his conditioning that time. Phil loses wow-factor every year, while Kai keeps improving his weak spots - see conditioning, traps, waist control.
But it's all irrelevant, considering what the judging is in that so called sport. : )
No, people started saying that on here back in 2007...and they have been wrong ever since. How can Phil's waist have grown but everything else stays the same, when he incrementally gets bigger? That makes no sense.
Kai still hasn't improved his flat traps from the back. It is Kai who has made the bigger advances in weight
Look for Phil and Kai pics from the 2006 Colorado Pro. Phil got first, Kai got 14th, and has come a long way in terms of size and placings.
