I was there not the greatest seats but Kai next to Phil, didn't seem like a stretch that Kai crushed him.  Only bad pose for Kai was front abs,  it showed his wide hips and gut.

From this perspective, yes, it's good that he continues to compete. I like him, at last years Olympia he made great showing, was dry and big, even his ugly midsection was sort of shaded by everything else that looked great. He deserved to be in top 6, but they decided to give it to old man Cutler before his leaving.

But he needs to make decisions with eyes wide open (jokes aside). Yesterday he looked like shit. If you're not ready, skip the competition, like Beyeke and McMillan did.
