DJ said that Ramy tore his left hamstring 3 weeks before the show and was about to pull-out. Couldn't train legs or do any cardio the last couple of weeks. But they didn't say it before the constest as they didn't want to make excuses beforehand.

That goes to explain the soft hamstrings/glutes... Still could have been a touch sharper everywhere, he's got everything going for him, he should do a few shows next yr and learn to bail his condition, learn english whilest he's at it
