Not many Mr O can maint and increase their form. U have 1 or 2 years, then you are done! Same for Dorian, Coleman, Jay...sad!

phil is smaller now, lost the pop to the muscles

his delts look tiny, waist has grown no v taper at all

by then he actually looked desirable
