Compared to so many democrats that have gotten JAIL or PRISON time for voter crimes, D'Souza got off lucky.

I listen to Rush and I think Dems always get away with this fraud...  Then I read these lists, compiled by Republican groups, that show Dems are successfully arrested and prosecuted a great deal for voter fraud.

I was wrong for subscribing to such an ignorant belief.  I was just parroting what Rush said.  Swallowing my pride and looking it up, I'm seeing Rush was wrong - Dems are going to jail for voter crimes.  And D'Souza should probably be in jail with them.  Only a hypocritical partisan political hack would be okay with one side breaking the law.

You are missing the point.  The second link you posted (I didn't look at the first) does not involve numerous Democrats being convicted of the same crime. 

You have to look at people convicted of the same offense.
