Cruising around London last night, then went for a Burger followed by a good pint of lager.



Tower Bridge, if you look under the arch, you can see the road going vertical, as it opened to let a big boat through the Thames river.


Heron Tower as we headed to Shorditch

Could not resist buying this when I saw it at the Supermarket yesterday.

Hahaha do you really think a stingy Cypriot git like me's gonna pay full price  ;)

One thing I would say, is that once you're in the complex the food prices are reasonable and you don't feel like they've got their hand in your pocket like some other places.

For example, the American restaurant there, I had a huge burger with cajun fries/slaw and a pint of Kronenburg for £16 - I'd be paying that in Nando's for what i'd eat there...

Hahaha yes I feel your pain  ;D

He loves that thing, first I got him a normal 2 wheel scooter but he had trouble balancing etc so got him the one with 2 wheels at front and now he dices with death regularly  :o

My wife drinks Leffe, also Hooegarden. I got on a mission a while back to introduce her to proper beer as Thai beer is all shite. I'd rather just have a couple of Fullers ESB than bother with the local stuff.

It tosts me a fucking fortune now - she's gone from 60p a bottle to 5 quid a bottle.
