Gourdough....that's clever.  "Gour" as in gourmet.  "Dough" as in donut.  Gourdough like "gordo" spanish for fatty (perfect for South Texas).  Gourmet donuts for fatties.

May have to shoot up to Austin and find them now.
i went out of my way to go there after seeing them profiled on food network. They refuse to make donuts in adance. U Place your order n in five minutes U have this fresh out of the oil huge fn masterpiece. It's that good.

The Brickhouse is thrown in from a monthly sampler I get from an online cigar club membership but quite enjoyed it TBH. I have a bunch of Behike 56's and Epicure No2, the Epicure no2 edition is by far my favourite.
