Funk, I just read Ken Spraque's take on Carter. I guess it was believed Carter cut his own throat? (Odd suicide). Seems most don't believe he would do that.
I've heard the other rumor was murder, which makes sense. The guy prowled around at night w/ shady characters. Ken said:

i choose to live life in a simple fashion


put rice in cooker put chicken in defrost microwave, grill it, spread it all in tupperware

this is the easiest way

if you dont use sauce for the rice you dont need to wash the tupperware daily
