Curious as to who had the best mic skills but couldn't wrestle worth a lick?

Hulk Hogan and Rick Flair for starters.

You could add in Dusty Rhodes as well.

i won't put flehr in that category his wrestling wasn't that bad like rhodes and hogan, but he was tongue tied on the mic..... maybe billy superstar graham he talked up a storm but really didn't wrestle that well, bearhugs early on and karate later .

Umm maybe I am confusing Flair's promos with his mic skills, because he seemed to be one of the best with a mic in his hand.

I think Ted was a decent ring worker mechanically. He just didn't seem to me to wrestle dirty enough as a heel. What I mean is his style was a bit generic.

My buddy Ted (Arcidi) admits he wasn't great in the ring. On the MIC, he was pretty good, back when they wrote their own stuff.

There's a back story to this. Kaz has always been pissed at Ted for breaking his (Kaz's) PR bench record. Kaz tore a pec on his way to 700, and that allowed Ted to go by him with his 705.
Kaz is a grudge holder. Talked shit about Ted in front of a crowd at the NERB Powerlifting meet back around  8 years ago in Amherst MA. (The crowd was like cricket's, Teds from New England, so Kaz struck out again that day).

Anyways, they had a fued in Stampede Wrestling. Ted got to stay at Stu Harts house, and he went thru the dungeon with Stu. This promo is great (making fun of Kaz).

Does Ted have any stories involving Jeep Swenson or Ken Patera?
