California passes 'yes means yes' sex-assault rule (srs)
http://news.yahoo.com/california-ado...014601744.html

Just saw this on the misc, terrible for the guys, gives women too much power

"Cliffs:
- It presumes guilt & shifts burden of proof to the accused.
- Person has to say "yes" before having sex to "consent." You can see how many problems this creates. Brb have sex with woman, next day she can claim rape because you didn't say yes? It's all "he said she said" in which woman has the complete advantage as usual.
- Both man + woman drunk. Both can't consent, but if she says "he raped me," man is a rapist even though both can't consent.
- Stay away from women. They are pretty much cancer.

- ALWAYS RECORD THE WOMAN'S RESPONSE BEFORE YOU HAVE SEX. So when she decides she wants to call rape, you have proof.
"

You are not seeing the potential here.  A large increase in Sex Tapes.  What better way to make money and provide entertainment for all.

http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2014/08/28/california-bill-yes-means-yes-sex-assault/14765665/

In looking at this online, "The measure will apply to all colleges and universities accepting state financial aid."

So if it's a bar or a club, you're good to go.

Just don't fuck on college campuses.

If I was single i would record everything, unless she signed something that said she was consenting to the evening's ending activities. Then find an all night notary. It's either that or a sex tape on ice.

LOL at all you witless wonders.  This is just another step in a process that has been advancing steadily for decades.  You laugh and mock if someone points it out before it happens, calling them a crazy conspiracy theorist, but when your slow minds work it out AFTER it has happened,  OOHH!!!  You suddenly want to stop it.  Well guess what stupidos...  you were warned, and it is TOO LATE.

I know a guy who was passed out drunk at a friends place and some fat bemouth went into his room, slept with him, got pregnant, and what can he do? He can't claim rape how can you prove it? So he's stuck with a kid because she basically raped him. You'd get less for murder.

There will be plenty of abuse once people figured out how easy it is to manipulate the law.

The fact that they passed it, though. I agree, it'll probably be useless, but Jesus. If 'As California does, the nation will follow' has any truth to it, we are so fucked.

Edit: We are so fucked.

You're probably right.   We are all fucked. Gone is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

I am glad I dont live in cali hope this does not spread to other states.

It is deffinately going to be nation wide.Lawmakers throughout the country have confrences and discuss new laws then they implement them in a given state or area to test there validity and if they pass legal scutiney and have little resistance there applied throughout yhe country

Whats funny about California is once it goes completely Hispanic all the left-leaning laws will go right out the window. Latin culture is one of the most misogynistic male dominated cultures there is.  The same applies to Britain and its Islamic population.

According to the new statute, can you imagine how many girls we've raped over the years?

Camille Paglia: The Modern Campus Cannot Comprehend Evil

http://time.com/3444749/camille-paglia-the-modern-campus-cannot-comprehend-evil/

Colleges should stick to academics and stop their infantilizing supervision of students’ dating lives, an authoritarian intrusion that borders on violation of civil liberties. Real crimes should be reported to the police, not to haphazard and ill-trained campus grievance committees.

Too many young middleclass women, raised far from the urban streets, seem to expect adult life to be an extension of their comfortable, overprotected homes. But the world remains a wilderness. The price of women’s modern freedoms is personal responsibility for vigilance and self-defense.
