People who sit in machines and when you ask if you can work in they say they are using it with attitude. I saw a woman sit on the leg extension machine for 15 minutes.
The guys that are always mean mugging with intimidation stares.
Guys who workout right in front of the dumbbell rack.
The guy who puts the weight of a car in 45lbs plates on the leg press machine then does these little knee bends growling like a dog. Take those fucken plates off the leg press when you're done you delusional scum bag. The same guy will take dumbbells he can't lift for any type of press and after doing half presses he throws the dumbbells for attention.
Smelly guy. You foul, filthy, dirty, stinky, slimey, scuzzy, revolting, ass wipe. Take a shower and wash your clothes.
The guy who comes to the gym to chat and make friends. Don't talk to me while I'm going my reps. Don't ask a question when I'm doing my reps.
This is a big one.I never encountered this before because I now workout at home and before I was retired I worked out in my job's private gyms. It seems personal trainers who work for the gyms like to walk up to guys working out and tell them they don't know what they are doing and correct them looking for clients. Kid, I was working out before you were born and when I was your age I was built better than you and you're taking steroids. Hell, if you want to go for a run or even a sprint I bet I can still take you. Go away.
