Go read the definition of psychopath. You said. "Remove the rule of law and most people are psychopaths who would willingly display it." A psychopath would never admit to or willingly display they are a psychopath just because there was a lack of laws.
Also I think you meant to say, "Remove the rule of law and most people WHO are psychopaths would willingly display it." Said the other way sounds like you are assuming without law most people become psychopaths simply by removing rule of law which makes no sense.
You are aware of what is going on places like Mexico. There are hundreds of videos out there of brutal decapitations and worse. (which by the way I refuse to watch, but am aware of). This shit goes way beyond just ordinary vendettas between rival gangs. There is absolutely no rule of law in cartel controlled territory, since the cops are on the payroll.
And don't get me started on what is going on in places like Isis controlled territory. There are pics on the net, not too hard to find, although I advise you not to look, of decapitated children.
In India gang rapes are an everyday occurrence, usually the victim is murdered. Some have commented that this is an ingrained cultural thing. Usually the perps are NOT charged. Believe me, the cops and news do everything in their power to hush this up. As one minister publicly stated, "It's just boys being boys"
I believe that laws and fear of imprisonment keeps most people in check
