Normally I just brush this shit off as crazy fundamentalists killing guys crazy enough to be out in that shithole, but I won't lie, the plea from the father really got to me. An aid worker as well that was trying to help all people. Man can really disgust me sometimes.

One thing that pissed me off was because he was friends with other Muslim taxi drivers and there were videos of him with them, all Muslims and Imams suddenly appeal for him to be released and say it is against the Koran when they stayed dead fucking quiet while every other aid worker and westerner was beheaded.

What country was he taken from?  I keep hearing about all these folks kidnapped in Syria... I don't understand why they are there.  

"To help people" = You can help people in Sydney, in Akron, in Moscow, in Paris, and you'll be very safe from beheadings.  

"To get a good new story" = Suicidal at times. Why do it?  Would you walk into a drug gang meeting with a tape recorder and expect to live?  No.  Why do it here?  A story?  Really?

Syria = one of the biggest anti-american shit hole in earth, and new people are kidnapped and killed every day.  Why do these americans keep entering the place and living there?  Makes no sense.  You can do just as much good, help people, in places where you live longer, and help more people with your life.  You KNOW we're boming their country, you KNOW it's a civil war, you KNOW the govt kills protesters, you KNOW that 99.9% of the country's people hate you...

He was a soldier too.  He knew the world well.

In that case, he knew he was a target.  He knew he was in danger.  He could have helped Muslim children in US or UK just as easily.   he derived pleasure from entering a place he knew he could be killed, and doing good things.  

He was a grown man who did what he wanted to do, despite the danger.  Just like skydivers or deep sea divers or whatever else.

This is going to sound morbid, but why are the beheadings never really captured on tape? It shows them start, cuts to black, then shows the final product. Why would ISIS choose to censor this part? Or is this censored on purpose by American govt in order to avoid showing the gruesome beheading to people?
