"Eulogy" needs to really be careful.

Taking too big of a bite of Mighty No One could yield a very "dead in the water" "eulogy".

Based on his avi he is just an everyday gym rat, reading Layne Norton's misinformation and hopped up on a little gear.

The proof is in the pudding ladies, No One is one of the best built guys here, I tend to listen to him.

I am glad the White Knights have come out in your defense, nobody. Rats tend to stick in packs.

Lose fat = BW x 10 or 9 Ex; 210lbs = 2100kcal or 1890kcals. Now do some research and break down into macros.

Losing BW is easy. Anyone can drop water, muscle and fat.

Anyone who references a calorie as a "kcal" must be an authentic expert in their field.

so 'eulogy' our new resident dork posts his 'diet' on april 27th consisting of 2500cals a day - what the fuck anyone who weighs 180 needs 2500 cals is beyond me- anyway I digress.

at the time you weighed what, dlido? 210 at 15%? today, 5 MONTHS LATER you weigh 187 at 10%.

10 pounds of water, 13 lbs of fat lost in 5 MONTHS. spectacular. and your still fat.
lol Jesus Christ.

keep up the good work, dildo.
I can lean down to single digits on 2400 also.  I have seen lifetime naturals lean down to single digits at 3000 calories plus as well. I think both low calorie and high calorie approaches work.

agreed with the second statement.

will respectuflly rebuttal the first.

why would you feed fat? all you need are enough cals to preserve and/or create an enviroment where the tissue can repair/ grow, and enough cals to provide the energy to train.

weve all been down this road before, and we all have differing ideologies. 'euology' represents what happens when you diet by the '10x bodyweight' rule- overeating and 5 months of inefficient dieting to lose 11lbs of bf. thats what the 10x bodyweight rule gets you.

like TA says in his above post, all roads lead to rome- you can chose to get there in a horse and buggy or a jet.

im not about making a career of either dieting, building tissue, or developing a highly functional, highly efficient musculature. my ideas work, they get the results i say they do and they do it quickly.

there is nothing new under the sun. what there are is better, faster, more efficient ways of doing things. thats what i like and thats what i strive for and thats what i pass on to others who might be interested in the same- much like EC is- 10 days in the system and shredded.

what he needs to do is realise all the excuses in the world about his shoulder and blah blah blah isnt going to get his fat off- not stuffing his face w cals he doesnt need will.

take note to this post other prospective and present fatties reading this.

The "you couldn't hold my gym bag" line always cracks me up. Boasting about how well you workout. Lol. Could you imagine anybody in MLB, NFL, etc., saying something that classless and retarded? And even if they did, Richard Sherman-style, at least they'd actually have something to boast about.

'hold my gym bag' means look as good as.

i could give a fuck how well someone works out. who even thinks like that anyway, other than a homo like you.

try to follow along, nancy, and save yourself some embarassment in the future.

This girl eats 1800 calories to 2500, does only 2-3 days weight training in the gym and no cardio.

1800-2000 calories on off-days and up to 2500 calories on training-days. I needed some time to get my metabolism fast, but now I feel fine with keeping my bodyfat and eat lots of calories (in my dimensions).

What is your current routine?
One day is based on Squats, the other on Deadlifts, the rest varies, but I rely strongly on basic movements and 2-3 intense sessions per week. No cardio.

Agreed.

I also think for people who have gained a little bit of fat, using the jet for a few weeks and then switching to the buggy and adding a few horses is a good approach.

What I mean is its not a bad idea to go low calorie, get the level of leanness you want, then increase the calories to as high as possible without fat gain.

Really? You think her tits are real?

And shouldn't you be in temple today?
I was referring to her training.  She trains very hard actually.  Look at the vids on her channel.

I never made an excuse. You tried to discredit me by showing posts where I had differing weights, pre and post surgery. I explained WHY my weight fluctuated during those times. I am quite comfortable at my current weight and body fat. I never once stated I'm having issues with achieving my goals. Quite the contrary, I stated clearly that I thought your proposed idea of crash dieting on 1000 calories per day is nonsense, unhealthy and the least productive way to get to and maintain whatever weight you want.

Edited: I never said I knew it all either, as evidenced by you copying my questions from the Nutrition and Steroid boards. I simply disagree with your methodology. You take it as a personal attack, which is fine, as you have nothing but the 'fame' of GetBig to cling to.

Most anorexic people claim they eat a lot, its a symptom of the condition.

You have no idea what she eats, only she does.

Well she does go through the trouble and posts her meals daily on myfitnesspal, so there is that.  I doubt she would go through the trouble of making it up day in and day out just to fool everyone.

She may well purge afterwards.
Pretty sure she wont be posting that.

Totally unlikely.  She wouldn`t want to go go catabolic.

So should we assume that everyone who eats food purges?  ???

No, just the ones who you see eating a lot but look like concentration camp victims.

the fuck?

calorie restriction, as long as proper nutrition is maintained, is COMPLETELY healthy and provides more benefit to the body than any other form of dieting, especially in combination with intermittent fasting. it is the MOST productive way to get to and maintain whatever weight you want.
I noticed the same exact results doing intermittent fasting and not doing it, but using the same calories.  I saw no difference or changes.  Calories are king!

So any female who has muscle and is lean is bulimic?

Why would you think that?  Have you any experience living with a woman who likes to work out and keep calories in check?
