I can eat that shit twice a day and not become fat, bcz I TRAIN and dosent talk shit! Cardio every second day, weighttraining every second day. Today 100minutes of runing 20 minutes walk, streching, and some bicycling,/walking. Tomrrow Back neck fpr 90 minutes and crosstrainer 30 minutes, biking to and home from the gym. Problably a walk to 1-2houers. Thats my life every day, day in day out!
