He's the best ever-IMO. He looked insane last show where he handed shawn Rhoden his ass. dexter still looks insane! I'm super impressed how he has maintained that physique. I saw him that year in 2008 when he won the 2008 Mr.O and he looks crazy in person! he is flawless-IMO. he is not a mass monster but he just is so consistent and has very pleasing physique everything flows and he just nails his conditioning everytime! No insulin gutt just shredded all the time. Who is more consistent then dexter? Nobody! I'm so glad he got one mr.O under his belt because it dosn't get any better guys. In person dextrs triceps are so thick! No site injections it's just crazy ass genetics HGH,steroids and a shitload of hard work for years.

His reaction after winning was the best. No jumping up and down, no fist pumping shenanigans. If you watch the video without volume you can't even tell when they announced him as winner. He couldn't believe he won, Jay didn't either.

He reached his 'quality plateau' many years ago. The only change he can make is by adding more mass, but on this level bigger isn't better (in most cases, see Ronnie..).
In this sense, Dexter is a smart guy.

Dexter is the only man I have ever seen with muscle density out of this world...and I've seen all current top 10 MrO guys... what you see on his pictures is nothing comparing with real life, the level of muscle density is just crazy, out of this world... More than well deserved Mr.O and I have no idea why the "judges" keep robbing him at MrO for years now...

Well, Dexter stayed the same, while there came other guys who took it to a whole new level. Still, in terms of logetivity and consistency, Dexter is unique.

There is no question that Dexter, who started off as a BANTAMWEIGHT, should be considered one of the best and most diligent bodybuilders out there, with a top 5 placing in over 50+ contests, and still winning contests at his age now.

No maybe 5 ft 8IN he looks insane in person I have never seen such thick insanely developed triceps like that and there is no sign of nolotil usage that muscle is all real! No site injections,nolotil or synthol that's just steroids and HGH use and a shitload of hardwork! Dexter is the best ever. Like i said pictures don;t do justice go see this guy when he is in peak shape at a show and you will see what some of us are talking about it's crazy! I couldn;t see any flaws great small waist nice v taper great symmetry,vasularity,muscle mass,muscle density,muscle roundness, he comes in full, very dry and grainy what else can the guy do? he blows everybody away including kai and Phil if you really go by the judges criteria the guy is flawless.
